So, I’ve been listening to the radio show and I noticed that there’s a ton of funny stuff that goes unnoticed by us English-speaking fans.
I’ll try and translate some from this site:
★The members call her Obaa-chan.
Lately she’s been called “Babatan”, “Obatan”, and “Banatan.”

★She calls Febreze “Shusshu”
★Chidori Nobu’s (Host of NMB48 Gakuen) Oshimen is Nanatan

★When presented with the topic on what to say to a kid who doesn’t like green peppers (piiman in Japanese) eat them, she came up with the idea of a monster called “Nana Piiman Tan Obake.”
→The Nana Piiman Tan Obake Pose that she uses at handshake events was decided by the Chidori brothers.

★During The “I want you” lyric in Heavy Rotation, she takes extra special care in the angle of her hips of the choreography.

★When asked to demonstrate her singing ability, her favorite song is Sonar Pocket’s “Anata no Uta”.
When she hears this song she becomes well and feels pumped up.
★She’s not very good at drawing, and she’s aware of this.

★If she wasn’t an idol, she would want to be a truck driver.
→Went ahead with a challenge to drive big trucks at a driving school.
Doesn’t have a license to drive regular cars, but the teacher at the training institute was surprised with her driving sense.
Was successful with driving big trucks within a week.

★Her mother is 39 years old as of February 2011
（Itadaki Nahaare, 02/26/2011 Broadcast）
★Nana was born when her mother was 21 years old. She plans on getting married at 23 and having a kid at 24.

★Used to be a Tokyo Giants fan, but since joining the Hanshin cheering squad, she’s now a Hanshin Tigers fan.
（Perhaps she’s still really a Giants fan, but as an Osakan idol she says she’s a Hanshin fan?）
Her favorite player is Fujii Akihito.
★She hates the word “Resume”, pronounced “Rejume” in Japanese. She hates the “Ju” part.
★When she has time she likes to go to the hot stone sauna.
